Our turkeys live on organically managed pasture where they graze on grass and bugs. While on pasture they are provided a mobile roost and shade structure (The Gobbly-Go). They are supplemented with non-GMO feed and are never given antibiotic or hormones.
We have a limited amount of turkeys for Thanksgiving. It’s not too early to reserve yours. The earlier you reserve your turkey the more likely you will get your size preference. Small birds are between 10-13pounds, medium birds between 13-16 pounds, large birds 16 + pounds. The price is based on dressed weight and is $9.00/pound. We cannot guarantee a certain size bird but this helps us to get as close as we can to the size you desire. We will do our best to accommodate.
Deposits to hold your turkey are $50 and guarantees a fresh turkey for you to pick up the Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Please make sure to pick a day that says "Thanksgiving Turkey Pickup Only". The deposits are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the turkey. The remaining total needs to be paid at pick up. We have several pick-up days and locations for your convenience.

97th Street Greenmarket - Wed. November 27th 8am-1:30pm (between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, NYC)
At check out choose the day and location you would like to pick up your turkey. Choose a location with "Thanksgiving Turkey Pick up" in the description.
