Chicken skin is delicious fried. There is enough fat on the skin you don't need to add any other fat source. Also, after you remove the fried skin you have rendered chicken fat, called schmaltz. Schmaltz can be used in high heat cooking and is a delicious butter substitute.
Our chickens are raised on organically managed pasture without drugs, antibiotics or GMO grains. They live outside protected by chicken tractors we move daily to fresh grass.
